CAT6/Class E, UTP patch cords should be designed using 24AWG unshielded twisted pair stranded copper cable, featuring high-performance modular plugs at each end. These network cables should be available in a variety of colors to provide design flexibility and will be equipped with a clear strain relief boot on each modular connector. The patch cords must be compatible with both T568A and T568B wiring configurations.
