Description
The ACM4CBE module transforms a single 12 to 24 volt AC/DC input into four independently managed, PTC-protected outputs. These outputs can be activated via an open collector sink or a normally open (NO) dry trigger input from various access control system components such as card readers, keypads, push buttons, PIR sensors, among others. It efficiently routes power to a range of access control hardware devices, including magnetic locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders. The outputs support both Fail-Safe and Fail-Secure operation modes. The unit can be powered by either a single power source for both the board and locking devices or two separate power sources—one for the board and another for the lock or accessory power. It includes an FACP Interface for emergency egress, alarm monitoring, or activation of auxiliary devices. Each of the four outputs features an individually selectable fire alarm disconnect option.
