The AL400ACMCB220 is a power supply unit designed to convert a 220V AC 50/60 Hz nominal input into eight individually controlled outputs, delivering either 12V DC or 24V DC power. It provides a continuous supply current of 4A at 12V DC or 3A at 24V DC, optimized for fail-safe or fail-secure operations. Each output can be activated through an open collector sink or a normally open (NO) dry trigger input from devices such as access control systems, card readers, keypads, push buttons, or passive infrared sensors (PIR). The unit efficiently routes power to various access control and security hardware, including electromagnetic locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders, and supports both fail-safe and fail-secure configurations.
This adaptable power management solution can be powered by a single source that supplies electricity for both the main board and connected locking devices, or by two separate power sources—one dedicated to the board and the other to the locks or additional accessories. The unit features a Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) interface that allows emergency egress, alarm monitoring, and triggering of auxiliary devices. Additionally, the fire alarm disconnect feature is individually configurable for each of the eight outputs, ensuring precise control and enhanced safety in security management systems.
