Escutcheons: Constructed from zinc alloy with a sleek black finish, these are designed to securely attach to the door stile using specialized binder posts that extend into the escutcheon, ensuring superior resistance to torque loads from any direction.
Cam Plug: Offered for compatibility with 4300, 4500, and 4900 Series Deadlatches. Note that the cam plug is not compatible with MS+1890 Deadlock/Deadlatch or 2190/2290 Interconnected Deadbolt/Deadlatch. The cam plug is securely fastened within the latch body by a cylinder set screw, with additional reinforcement provided by hardened steel pins that connect it rigidly to the escutcheon.
Handing: Engineered for PUSH to right-hand operation.
Application: Suitable for installation on the exterior of right-hand doors or the interior of left-hand reverse doors.
