Paddle: Constructed from extruded aluminum for durability.
Escutcheons: Crafted from zinc alloy with a sleek black finish, secured to the door stile using specialized binder posts for enhanced torque resistance in any direction.
Cam Plug: Designed for compatibility with 4300, 4500, and 4900 Series Deadlatches. Not compatible with MS+1890 Deadlock/Deadlatch or 2190/2290 Interconnected Deadbolt/Deadlatch. It is firmly secured in the latch body by a cylinder set screw and reinforced to the escutcheon with hardened steel pins.
4591M: Paddle variant without a latch drive mechanism, includes a switch that can interface with a low voltage circuit.
4591MA: Paddle with integrated latch drive mechanism, featuring a full-function paddle and switch.
91-0914 Monitor Switch Kit: Enables monitor switch functionality for the "push" version of the 4591 Paddle.
Paddle Dogging: Available for "PUSH" version only. Engaging a hex key in the escutcheon maintains the paddle in a lowered position, allowing the door to swing freely. Dogging key is included.
Standard Package: Individually packed with all necessary mounting hardware. Units for 4300, 4500, or 4900 Series Deadlatches come with a compatible cam plug.
