The 4591 Deadlatch Paddle offers an ergonomic alternative to traditional knob or lever handles, allowing for simple push or pull operation.
Functionality
This hardware solution replaces conventional knob or lever handles, making it as intuitive to open a latched door as an unlatched one with a straightforward push or pull motion. Compatible with various Adams Rite models, including the 4300, 4500, and 4900 Series Deadlatch, MS+1890 Deadlock/Latch, and the 2190/2290 Interconnected Deadbolt/Deadlatch.
Configuration Options
The device is available in four setups: push to left, push to right, pull to left, and pull to right. It offers the flexibility to be reconfigured on-site for any mode. Note that dogging should not be applied when configured in the pull mode.
