The Passive UTP Transceiver Hub with Integrated Camera Power is designed for maximizing efficiency in video surveillance systems by transmitting UTP video, RS422/RS485 data, and power through a single CAT-5 or higher structured cable. This unit supports 16 camera channels within a compact 1U EIA 19″ rack mount chassis, compatible for rack, wall, or shelf installations. It offers a video transmission range of up to 750 feet per channel. This hub works seamlessly with AC and/or DC fixed or PTZ cameras when paired with compatible Video Balun/Combiners. It includes individually selectable 24VAC or 28VAC PTC protected outputs, equipped with surge suppression. For expanded functionality, an optional Passive UTP Transceiver Hub accessory module allows video transmission from up to four additional cameras over a single CAT-5 or higher structured cable, providing local power to the cameras to prevent voltage drop over long distances.
