This electric strike is specifically crafted for integration with deadlatches or cylindrical locksets featuring a latchbolt projection of 1/2″ [12.7 mm] to 5/8″ [15.9 mm]. It is suitable for applications involving aluminum, hollow metal, or wood frames. The strike operates electrically with a preload capacity of up to 25 lbs [11.3 kg], catering to the pressures exerted by factors such as air conditioning systems, warping, or misaligned hardware, which can compromise conventional electric strikes.
Functionality:
This non-handed electric strike boasts an ultra-compact profile and has adjustable stainless steel keepers that offer over 1,500 lbs [680.4 kg] of holding force in a fail-secure mode. It can release under electrical actuation with a door preload of up to 25 lbs. The single solenoid is powered by 12/16/24 VDC.
