Description
The Model 5815XL SLC Expander is a critical component for expanding the capabilities of Silent Knight’s IntelliKnight 5820XL addressable fire control panel. This signaling line circuit controller enables the integration of up to 127 additional addressable devices within the IntelliKnight framework. By incorporating three 5815XL units, the IntelliKnight system can manage up to 508 addressable devices.
The 5815XL signaling circuits offer the same functionality as the integrated SLC of the IntelliKnight panel, fully supporting the same range of addressable devices. Connecting to the main panel via the RS 485 bus, the 5815XL is accommodated in either the IntelliKnight 5820XL or 5895XL cabinet, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
