Description
The Maximal33RDV rack mount access power controller is designed to efficiently manage and distribute power to access control systems and associated hardware. It transforms a 220V AC input (operating range of 198V AC – 256V AC) at 50/60 Hz into sixteen independently controlled outputs at 12V DC and/or 24V DC, each protected by PTC. These outputs can be activated via normally open (NO) or normally closed (NC) dry trigger inputs from various access control devices, including card readers, keypads, push buttons, and passive infrared sensors. The unit seamlessly routes power to a wide range of access control hardware such as magnetic locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders. It supports both Fail-Safe and Fail-Secure operating modes. Equipped with a Fire Alarm Control Panel (FACP) interface, the controller facilitates emergency egress and alarm monitoring, with the ability to trigger auxiliary devices. Additionally, the fire alarm disconnect feature is customizable for individual or all outputs.
