The Altronix T1MK1F4 access control kit features the Trove1 enclosure combined with the TM1 Mercury/Altronix backplane, including a robust power supply/charger delivering either 12VDC or 24VDC output (default set to 24VDC) at 4A. The kit integrates a 12VDC voltage regulator and a four-fuse protected output access control module. It is designed to house various Mercury/Lenel* boards, supporting up to four doors within a single enclosure. Trove enhances access control system efficiency by simplifying board organization and wire management, leading to reduced installation time and labor costs. Key features include compatibility with the following Mercury controllers: EP1502, LP1502, MR52, MR16IN, MR16OUT, EP1501, LP1501, MR51e, MR62e, MR50, EP2500, LP2500, and MUX8. The enclosure offers a convenient knockout configuration with a single 1.5” diameter knockout at the top center and nine double knockouts (1” and 0.75”). Constructed from 16 AWG galvanized steel, the backplane facilitates board layout and wire management. The kit provides filtered and electronically regulated outputs along with thermal and short circuit protection featuring auto reset capabilities. Installation ease is enhanced with AC input and DC output LED indicators, supervision for AC Fail, Low Battery, and Battery Presence, and low power shutdown. The built-in charger is compatible with sealed lead acid or gel type batteries and supports instant transfer to standby batteries. The enclosure fits up to two 12VDC/7AH batteries and meets CE European Conformity standards.
