The APC NetShelter Rack PDU Advanced offers dependable power distribution for IT equipment in server and networking racks. Featuring switched outlets, this PDU allows remote on/off control, along with outlet and PDU-level metering for enhanced power visibility and overload notifications. Its innovative 4-in-1 combination outlets (usable as C13, C19, C15, or C21) deliver unmatched deployment versatility. Designed with a compact 2.2″ width, it accommodates up to 40 outlets to maximize outlet density. Color-coded outlets correspond to circuit breakers, simplifying deployment. Power Sharing technology enables PDUs to cascade via dual ethernet ports, ensuring the Network Management Card remains operational even during AC power outages, maintaining uninterrupted network communication, sensor operation, and alarm signaling. The Live Swap Network Management Card can be exchanged without shutting down the PDU or connected devices, minimizing downtime. Rated for operation up to 60°C (140°F) at full load, this PDU guarantees reliability in demanding high-density environments. It features gigabit ethernet to enhance and standardize data center network connectivity, with an additional 10/100 ethernet port for cascading, secondary network connections, or redundancy. A 1% metering accuracy provides reliable power usage billing and precise capacity planning and alarm monitoring. Two environmental sensor ports offer compatibility with optional sensors (sold separately) for added monitoring capability.
