Description
For installing the 120T/4473 in the security systems industry, a 3/4″ opening must be drilled for the switch and a 3/8″ opening for the magnet. The 3/4″ switch mounting is advantageous as it allows for easier insertion of additional wiring and connections into the larger opening for discreet installation. Moreover, this setup facilitates straightforward removal of the switch, extending of the extra wiring, and access to the original connections for testing or replacement purposes.
