Description
The 5869 Hold-Up Switch/Transmitter is a manually-operated RF transmission device used in security systems. It is designed for discreet installation, such as beneath a counter or cash drawer. Upon activation, the transmitter emits an RF signal that is picked up by the receiver, prompting the security control panel to trigger a burglary alarm to the central monitoring station. The device can only be reset with a designated reset key. Additionally, the 5869 features tamper detection mechanisms that activate if the cover is removed or if the unit is forcefully displaced from its mounting position.
