For best results, install the sensor centrally on the ceiling within the area to be monitored. While a single 997 sensor effectively detects motion in spaces up to 30′ x 30′, deploying multiple sensors is advisable for larger venues such as classrooms, meeting rooms, public lobbies, and storage areas.
