The IP-HVP integrates seamlessly as a communication endpoint within InformaCast, GCK, and Revolution Advanced Notification systems, delivering enhanced audio broadcasts to boost physical security and streamline daily communications. This functionality includes advanced alerting, bell schedules, and scheduled announcements by utilizing WAN/LAN Network Architecture. In Cisco environments, IP-HVP speakers are compatible with Unified Survivable Remote Site Telephony (SRST), ensuring call-processing redundancy during WAN outages and enabling crucial LAN communication between phones and speakers during emergencies.
For environments where third-party notification applications are unnecessary, the vandal-proof, weather-resistant IP-HVP can register directly as SIP devices to a SIP server or VoIP Communications Manager.
