The RX14-30SFD mobile cabinet is engineered for durability, featuring 16-gauge cold-rolled steel (CRS) construction and robust casters designed for industrial-grade applications. It comes with a set of front-mounted 11-gauge CRS adjustable mounting rails, tapped for 10–32 on standard E.I.A. 5/8″-5/8″-1/2″ spacing. An option for RR14 rear mounting rails is available to enhance structural support. The cabinet’s front-to-rear mounting rail supports have slotted cutouts, allowing for straightforward rail depth adjustments and facilitating open raceways for organized vertical wire and cable management. Measuring 30″ in depth, the cabinet offers a vertical panel space height of 24 5/8″. It includes pairs of recessed, hinged, and rubber-padded steel handles on each side, totaling four, ensuring easy and safe transportation. For streamlined wiring, the cabinet is equipped with three wire isolation openings in the rear base flange, comprised of two 1 1/2″ diameter holes and one oblong 1 1/2″ x 3″ opening. The unit’s quartet of oversized, heavy-duty casters, which include two locking casters, support seamless mobility and boast a combined weight capacity of 700 lb, with each caster rated at 175 lb. The design incorporates vented, removable locking doors alongside vented top-front and top-rear flanges. The surface-mounted front door provides a 1″ depth clearance, accommodating equipment knobs and handles extending up to 1 1/2″ from the rail’s front. The cabinet is finished with a #962 black epoxy coat, offering both aesthetic appeal and resilience.
