The 9400 Series Electric Strike offers a streamlined, surface-mounted design tailored for rim exit devices featuring a 1/2″ throw Pullman latchbolt. With all components securely encased within its 1/2″ thick stainless steel housing, no frame cutting is needed during installation. Simply position the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install.
An 1/8″ spacer plate is included to accommodate different door gaps. The 9400 surpasses Grade 1 standards for durability and performance. It can be field-configured for either fail-safe or fail-secure operation and supports both 12 and 24 VDC. The 9400 is equipped with a smooth cover to conceal mounting screws, offering a polished surface for an enhanced aesthetic appeal.
