Description
The 9400 series is a compact, surface-mounted electric strike engineered for compatibility with rim exit devices featuring a 1/2″ Pullman latch. Its design includes all components embedded within a robust 5/8″ thick stainless steel housing, eliminating the need for cutting into the door frame for installation. To install, simply position the electric strike on the frame’s surface, align it with the exit latchbolt, and secure it in place.
This electric strike comes with a 1/8″ spacer plate to accommodate varying door gaps, ensuring flexibility in installation. Engineered to surpass Grade-1 standards for strength and performance, the 9400 model allows field selection between fail secure and fail safe modes, as well as between 12 or 24VDC power operations. Its sleek design, featuring a smooth cover, conceals mounting screws to provide an aesthetically appealing and streamlined appearance.
