Description
The 9500 Series is a three-hour fire-rated, surface-mounted electric strike engineered specifically for rim exit devices equipped with a 3/4″ Pullman latch. Its components are fully enclosed within a 3/4″ thick stainless steel housing, eliminating the need for frame cutting during installation. To install, simply position the electric strike on the frame’s surface, align it with the exit latchbolt, and secure it.
The design of the 9500 Series simplifies adjustments by separating the base from the cover. This electric strike surpasses Grade 1 standards for both durability and performance. It offers field-selectable options for fail secure or fail safe modes and can operate at 12 or 24 VDC. Additionally, this innovative electric strike adheres to NFPA 80-07 standards for retrofitting into fire-rated frames.
