The 9500 series is a highly durable, 3-hour fire-rated surface-mounted electric strike engineered to work seamlessly with rim exit devices featuring a 3/4″ throw Pullman latchbolt. Its robust stainless steel housing, with a thickness of 3/4″, encloses all components, eliminating the need for frame cutting during installation. Simply place the electric strike on the frame’s surface, align it with the exit latchbolt, and secure it. The new design simplifies adjustments by separating the base from the cover.
The 9500 surpasses grade-1 standards in both strength and performance. It offers field-selectable options for fail-secure and fail-safe operations, compatible with 12 or 24VDC systems. This innovative electric strike adheres to NFPA 80-07 guidelines for retrofitting into fire-rated frames, offering exceptional safety and reliability.
