The 9500 Series offers a robust 3-hour fire-rated, surface-mounted electric strike, specifically engineered for rim exit devices featuring a 3/4″ Pullman latch. All components are securely housed within its 3/4″ thick stainless steel casing, ensuring durability and eliminating the need for frame cutting during installation. The electric strike can be easily mounted onto the frame surface, precisely aligning it with the exit latchbolt for straightforward installation. Enhanced ease of adjustment is achieved with the base now being separate from the cover.
This 9500 Series is rated for outdoor use and surpasses Grade 1 standards in strength and performance. It provides field-selectable options for fail safe and fail secure modes, compatible with both 12 and 24VDC power. This innovative electric strike adheres to NFPA 80-07 standards, making it ideal for retrofitting into fire-rated frames.
