The 9500 series electric strike is engineered for fire safety, boasting a 3-hour fire rating and a surface-mounted design specifically for rim exit devices with a 3/4″ throw Pullman latchbolt. Its 3/4″ thick stainless steel housing encases all components, eliminating the need for frame cutting during installation. You simply mount the electric strike on the frame surface, align it with the exit latchbolt, and install it with unparalleled ease due to the separate base and cover design.
Exceeding grade-1 standards for both strength and performance, the 9500 series offers field-selectable options for fail-secure and fail-safe modes, as well as compatibility with 12 or 24VDC. This innovative electric strike adheres to NFPA 80-07 guidelines, making it ideal for retrofitting into fire-rated frames.
