The 9500 series is a cutting-edge, 3-hour fire-rated, surface-mounted electric strike specifically engineered for use with rim exit devices featuring a 3/4″ throw Pullman latchbolt. This advanced security hardware is completely encased in a robust 3/4″ thick stainless steel housing, eliminating the need for any frame modifications during installation. Simply position the electric strike on the surface of the frame, align it with the exit latchbolt, and secure it in place. Enhanced adjustability is achieved with the innovative design that separates the base from the cover.
Demonstrating superior strength and performance, the 9500 series surpasses grade-1 standards. The device is easily configurable in the field for fail-secure or fail-safe mode and supports either 12 or 24VDC operation. This exceptional electric strike adheres to NFPA 80-07 guidelines, making it suitable for retrofitting into fire-rated frames.
