The HES 9800 Series is an innovative, surface-mounted electric strike featuring a low-profile design tailored for compatibility with Adams Rite 8700, 8800, and EX88 Series Rim Exit Devices. This electric strike, which is rated for outdoor use, surpasses Grade 1 standards in both strength and performance. It houses all functionalities within its ½” thick body, protected by a polished stainless steel cover that conceals mounting screws for an enhanced aesthetic.
For versatile installation, 1/16″ and 1/8″ spacer plates are included to adjust for different door gap sizes. Installation is straightforward: position the electric strike on the frame surface, align it with the Starwheel or Interlock latching mechanism, and secure it in place.
