The HES 9800 Series electric strike is engineered with a compact, surface-mounted design tailored to fit the Adams Rite 8700, 8800, and EX88 Series Rim Exit Devices. This electric strike is outdoor-rated and surpasses Grade 1 specifications in terms of strength and performance. Its entire functionality is housed within a ½” thick strike body, concealed beneath a sleek stainless steel cover that hides mounting screws for an elegant appearance.
To address different door gaps, 1/16″ and 1/8″ spacer plates are included. Installation involves placing the electric strike on the frame surface, aligning it with the Starwheel or Interlock latching mechanism, and securing.
