Description
The ANN-I/O is a versatile LED driver module designed for a wide range of applications, particularly as an interface with Fire Alarm Control Panels (FACPs) to operate customized graphic annunciators. It is housed in a plastic enclosure that can be easily mounted within a custom annunciator or accessory cabinet, capable of controlling up to 40 LEDs.
Communication between the ANN-I/O and the FACP is facilitated through a two-wire serial interface using the ANN-Bus communication protocol. An additional two wires are required for 24-volt DC power supply, allowing the use of a single four-conductor unshielded cable for both power and data transmission.
Each FACP can support the connection of up to eight devices through the ANN-Bus network.
