The B200SR-LF-WH and B200SR-LF-IV sounder bases are designed for integration with addressable detector heads. For detailed information on compatible sensors, please consult the relevant manual. These low frequency sounder bases emit a 520 Hz tone, optimized for high effectiveness in waking individuals in sleeping environments, aligning with research findings. These devices offer exceptional flexibility in configuration and operation, aligning with UL268 and UL464 standards. Capable of generating the ANSI Temporal 3 fire alarm signal, as mandated by NFPA 72 for both commercial and residential settings, these sounder bases can also deliver a continuous tone by simply removing the integral jumper. Additionally, the B200SR-LF-WH and B200SR-LF-IV are engineered for compatibility with existing B501-Series sounder base installations. Designed for use with intelligent systems, these sounder bases require an external 24 VDC power supply, with electrical connections for power and communication loops kept isolated to prevent interference.
