The Honeywell MAXPRO NVR PE is a versatile and scalable enterprise IP video surveillance solution designed for optimized performance in high-definition IP recording. This system integrates seamlessly with Honeywell’s high-definition cameras and supports a wide array of industry standards, including PSIA, ONVIF (with Profile S devices), and real-time streaming protocol (RTSP). Its open platform architecture ensures compatibility with numerous third-party devices, including 360° camera integrations.
MAXPRO NVR PE offers user-friendly access through desktop clients, a web client, and the MAXPRO Mobile app. Compatible with both Mac and PC browsers without additional installations, its web interface minimizes setup time, maintenance, and enhances cross-platform compatibility. The interface is designed for intuitive use, supporting essential surveillance operations such as live viewing and video playback.
Pre-installed with necessary software and licensed for 32, 48, or 64 channels, the system utilizes an easy 3-click setup wizard for swift IP system configuration, making installation efficient even for beginners. It manages up to 64 IP cameras, supports simultaneous recording, live monitoring, and system management, providing users with the capability to view live video while conducting searches. Advanced features include the Video Surround function for tracking subjects across multiple cameras, powerful calendar and search options, and efficient video export for playback through Windows® Media Player.
MAXPRO NVR PE utilizes a consistent user interface derived from Honeywell’s MAXPRO VMS, promoting a unified experience across the MAXPRO NVR product line and reducing training requirements. This system supports expansion via multiple MAXPRO NVR deployments using a distributed architecture, integrating smoothly with the MAXPRO Viewer multi-site software or the enterprise-level MAXPRO VMS system.
Moreover, the MAXPRO NVR PE is designed for cost and space efficiency, combining the processor and RAID enclosure into a single chassis. RAID 5 and 6 support are provided by a hardware RAID controller, minimizing processor load. Managed through a web browser interface, the unit is rack-mountable with dual redundant power supplies, mirrored SSDs for maximum uptime, and features eight removable SAS storage drives for reliable video storage. The dual 1 GB NICs are optimized to ensure uninterrupted recording and flawless playback even with multiple client connections.
