The iCLASS SIO-Enabled (iCLASS SE™) smart cards are integral to the next generation of secure access control systems, leveraging the Secure Identity Object™ (SIO) methodology. This new credential technology, built on the Trusted Identity Platform™ (TIP), supports advanced applications with heightened security and mobility. These smart cards offer multiple securely separated application areas, each protected by 64-bit diversified read/write keys, facilitating complex applications and future scalability. The iCLASS SE technology enhances secure access control through mutual authentication, encrypted data transfer, and robust read/write capabilities.
Available in 2k bit, 16k bit, or 32k bit configurations, with options to include a magnetic stripe or barcode, these iCLASS smart cards comply with ISO standards for card size and thickness, making them compatible with direct image and thermal transfer printers. The cards boast a graphics-quality surface ideal for Photo ID printing and are offered in either standard PVC or a durable composite polyester/PVC construction suitable for high wear environments. iCLASS SE cards can be customized with visual security and anti-counterfeiting elements like holograms, UV fluorescent inks, micro-printing, or a custom logo for easy and reliable authentication. Utilizing 13.56 MHz read/write contactless technology, these smart cards are versatile, catering to various applications such as physical access control, PC logon, biometric authentication, time and attendance, cashless vending, public transport, airline ticketing, and loyalty programs.
