The FLEXPOWERISCAN is an innovative, patented smart power management solution designed for security and life safety applications. Specifically engineered to handle dual voltage requirements of 12VDC and 24VDC, the iSCAN250B-16 leverages an FPO power supply for generating 24VDC and a B100 DC-DC Class 2 power-limited supply to deliver 12VDC, enabling the entire system to operate efficiently from a single battery set.
The system features sixteen (16) activation inputs and sixteen (16) monitored and controlled relay outputs, providing comprehensive management of resources. The versatile inputs support voltage or dry contact activation, while the programmable outputs can be adjusted for either of the two system voltages, ensuring compatibility with fail-safe, fail-secure, fire alarm override, and AC loss override for egress lock control strategies.
Each managed output can be activated or deactivated via an embedded browser interface, allowing for seamless voltage and current monitoring through network or internet access. The system includes adjustable trigger points for each output, ensuring alerts are generated when outputs deviate from specified parameters. Additionally, it offers sixteen (16) auxiliary outputs for connecting to readers, request-to-exit (REX) devices, or similar equipment, with each output supporting either continuous or switched DC configurations.
