Description
The KT-300 door controller is a versatile access control solution, supporting up to two access readers for comprehensive monitoring, whether at a single entry/exit point or across two distinct access points. It integrates seamlessly with various peripheral devices, forming a complete access control system and can be networked with other controllers to manage millions of entry points. In stand-alone mode, it safeguards operations against power or system failures, storing cardholder information and event logs, which are automatically synchronized with the EntraPass platform once connectivity is restored. The controller’s flash memory enables quick firmware updates directly from an EntraPass workstation. Additionally, its built-in Combus expansion facilitates integration with relay, input, and output modules, allowing connectivity with HVAC systems, elevators, motion sensors, and more. This Combus protocol is a key feature, operating over a four-conductor cable allowing multiple expansion modules to connect.
