The RadioRA 2 CL Hybrid Keypads combine the functionalities of a dimmer and a keypad into one streamlined lighting solution, making them ideal for retrofit lighting control installations by eliminating the need for multiple devices. These keypads use neutral-wire technology, suitable for managing smaller loads like screw-in CFL and LED lamps, and maintain full functionality even if the connected load or lamp fails.
As a critical component of any advanced lighting control system, the CL Hybrid Keypads support sophisticated lighting features, including fade-on/fade-off and rapid full-on capabilities. With large, user-friendly buttons and the option for backlit engraving, they ensure optimal visibility and ease of use day or night. The thoughtfully designed rounded buttons enhance readability by displaying engravings at an upward angle, and they include a Front Accessible Service Switch (FASS) for safe lamp replacement.
For seamless integration with decor, these keypads require the use of Lutron’s Designer wallplates, available in Claro or Satin Colors, which attach without visible fasteners. Note that these keypads are specifically designed for compatibility with Lutron wallplates only and do not fit other brands. Wallplates are sold separately, and customized Replacement Button Kits are also offered in various colors with the option for personalized engraving to clearly designate each button’s function.
