The Optex VXS-RDAM-W is a wireless-ready dual-technology device featuring anti-masking capabilities. Part of the VX Shield series, this range includes four outdoor PIR sensors that offer a 40ft by 90° detection coverage, making them ideal for residential and small commercial applications. With a focus on customizable design and precision in minimizing false alarms, the VX Shield series comprises two PIR models and two dual-technology sensors. These devices incorporate digitally-enhanced signal recognition logic and Super Multidimensional Analysis (SMDA) technology. By analyzing detection patterns and environmental variables, SMDA boosts immunity against changes in temperature and movement of trees or vegetation, thereby significantly reducing the occurrence of false alarms.
