Description
This stainless steel pedestal includes an AWID SR-2400 Proximity Card Reader for efficient assembly and installation. Multiple hole patterns and cutouts are available for an additional fee. Unlike competing access control pedestals, no fasteners are visible post-installation, as internal mounting is achieved via a backside access panel. In contrast to other bollards that may wobble shortly after initial setup due to their lightweight two-piece anchor design, this robust pedestal maintains stability under intense use, thanks to its one-piece construction and heavy-duty .25″ thick base plate secured to the floor. It has successfully passed our stringent wind resistance tests, proving its ability to withstand sustained Category 5 hurricane-force winds of 157 mph.
