The start screen provides users with all necessary tools upon entering the space. Participants can join Skype for Business meetings effortlessly without searching for links or invites. Users can also wirelessly share content from mobile devices or PCs using AirPlay, Miracast, or Google Cast, and access documents from the web, cloud storage, network drives, or USB thumb drives. Acendo Core’s built-in document viewers support side-by-side viewing of two documents and deliver a superior collaboration experience with 4K dual monitor support.
Acendo Core facilitates efficient room scheduling through direct integration with Exchange and Office 365, displaying the day’s room schedule on the start screen. If the room is available, it can be booked instantly from the screen; if occupied, users can browse and reserve a nearby available room. The system alerts users when meetings are nearing their end, allowing them to extend their booking, find another room, or conclude the meeting in preparation for the next group.
