The 8000 Series Electric Strike offers a compact, high-performance solution with a unique concealed design specifically crafted for cylindrical locksets. No frame modification is needed; simply remove the existing strike plate, adjust the vertical alignment to the latchbolt centerline, and install. Its robust strength is due to a distinctive keeper pin locking mechanism, allowing it to surpass the ratings of the frame, door, and locking components. This unit offers field-selectable fail secure/fail safe options, is easy to install, and supports latchbolts up to 5/8″ throw.
