This model is ideal for use with narrow stile or hollow metal doors that feature deadlatches or cylindrical locksets ranging from 1/2″ to 5/8″ latchbolt projection. It provides remote electrical control compatible with a variety of locksets, enabling effortless door access without manual operation of the latch. The compact design fits seamlessly into aluminum jambs or opposing door sections as shallow as 1-5/8″, replacing models such as the discontinued 7030, 7530, and 7830 series electric strikes.
