Description
This product is engineered for compatibility with deadlatches or cylindrical locksets featuring a latchbolt projection between 1/2″ [12.7 mm] and 5/8″ [15.9 mm]. It is suitable for installation in aluminum, hollow metal, or wooden door systems.
Functionality:
Provides remote electrical control for doors equipped with specific deadlatches such as the 4500, 4700 (discontinued), or 4900 series, or cylindrical locksets that have a latchbolt projection ranging from 1/2″ [12.7 mm] to 5/8″ [15.9 mm]. The electrical actuation mechanism unlocks the keeper, allowing the latchbolt to be released so the door can be opened without manually operating the latch mechanism.
