Functionality: This non-handed electric strike boasts an ultra-compact design and features adjustable stainless steel keepers with an impressive holding force of over 1,500 lbs [680.4 kg] in fail-secure mode. It operates electrically even under preload conditions on narrow stile aluminum doors fitted with certain deadlatch or cylindrical locksets. Powered by a single solenoid compatible with 12/16/24 VDC systems, the strike allows remote electrical control by unlocking the keeper, thereby releasing the latchbolt and enabling the door to open without manual operation of the latch.
