The 9400 Series Electric Strike is engineered with a sleek, slimline design perfect for surface mounting. Specifically crafted for rim exit devices featuring a 1/2″ throw Pullman latchbolt, this electric strike is housed entirely in a 1/2″ thick stainless steel casing, eliminating any need for frame cutting during installation. Simply position the electric strike on the frame’s surface, align it with the exit latchbolt, and proceed with installation.
An included 1/8″ spacer plate allows for adjustments to accommodate varying door gaps. Built to exceed Grade 1 standards for both strength and performance, the 9400 model offers field-selectable options for fail-safe or fail-secure functionality and supports both 12 and 24 VDC configurations. Its design boasts a smooth cover that conceals mounting screws, delivering a polished appearance for enhanced aesthetics.
