The 9600 Series is a robust, surface-mounted electric strike specifically engineered to handle rim exit devices featuring a 3/4″ throw latch. Its design includes a complete encapsulation of all components within a durable 3/4″ thick stainless steel housing. Installation is simple and frame modification-free: just mount the electric strike on the frame’s surface, align it with the exit latchbolt, and secure it in place. This outdoor-rated electric strike offers field-selectable options for both fail-secure and fail-safe operations and supports 12 or 24VDC configurations.
