The 9600 Series Electric Strike is a robust, windstorm-resistant surface-mounted electric strike, expertly engineered to accommodate rim exit devices with a 3/4″ throw Pullman latchbolt. Its entire mechanism is encased within a 3/4″ thick stainless steel housing, eliminating the need for any frame cutting during installation. Simply position the electric strike on the frame’s surface, align it with the exit latchbolt, and secure it in place. Installation adjustments are streamlined with a separate base and cover design. The unit offers field-selectable options for fail-secure or fail-safe operation, and can operate on either 12 or 24 VDC.
