The HES 9800 Series is a compact, surface-mounted electric strike engineered for compatibility with Adams Rite 8700, 8800, and EX88 Series Rim Exit Devices. This electric strike is weather-resistant, outdoor rated, and surpasses Grade 1 standards for both robustness and functionality. The ½” thick strike body houses all operational components and is safeguarded by a sophisticated stainless steel cover, which conceals mounting screws for a sleek appearance.
The package includes 1/16″ and 1/8″ spacer plates to accommodate varying door gap requirements. Installation is straightforward: position the electric strike on the frame’s surface, align it with the Starwheel or Interlock latching mechanism, and secure it in place.
