The Camden Door Controls CM-1000 Series surface mount key switches are engineered to meet the rigorous demands of key switch control applications in the security and access control industry. These switches are compatible with standard 1”, 1 1/8”, or 1 1/4” mortise cylinders. Constructed from 1/4” thick aluminum with a robust one-piece die-cast design, they feature unique attributes synonymous with Camden Door Controls. The product line supports both single and dual switch configurations.
The CM-1000 Key Switch package includes a weather-resistant aluminum utility box with a 1/2” threaded opening and close-up plugs, a rubber gasket, a brass cylinder lock ring, four socket/slotted screws, and two tamperproof screws with a driver. While the mortise cylinder is available separately, the design ensures suitability for all-weather conditions. This complete assembly is built to be tamper-proof and vandal-resistant, making it an ideal choice for secure installations in challenging environments.
