The CZ3000 is a versatile, self-aligning shear lock specifically designed for bidirectional doors. Its compact construction and 1-inch (25 mm) width make it an excellent choice for narrow aluminum and wooden door applications. Featuring a patented self-aligning anchoring system, the CZ3000 delivers a robust holding force of 3,300 lb (1500 kg). This shear lock can be installed either flush with the floor or mounted directly on the door using its surface-mounted housing, crafted in brushed stainless steel for added durability. An integrated varistor in the electronic components offers enhanced protection against electromagnetic interference (EMC), safeguarding sensitive control elements like keypads and access control systems.
