Description
The AL600ACM220 is a versatile power conversion solution designed for the access control industry, transforming a standard 220VAC 50/60Hz input into eight independently controlled 12VDC or 24VDC outputs. These outputs support both Fail-Safe and Fail-Secure configurations, delivering a consistent 6 amp continuous supply current. Each output has the capability to be converted into dry form “C” contacts. Activation occurs via an open collector sink or normally open (NO) dry trigger input from various access control components such as access control systems, card readers, keypads, push buttons, or PIR sensors. This power supply efficiently directs energy to numerous access control hardware devices—including magnetic locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders—supporting both Fail-Safe and Fail-Secure functionality. The unit can be powered by either a single factory-installed power source, delivering power to both the control board and locking devices, or two separate power sources, with one dedicated to board operation and the other to lock or accessory power. Additionally, its FACP interface facilitates emergency egress, alarm monitoring, and can trigger other auxiliary devices. The fire alarm disconnect feature is customizable, allowing selection for any or all of the eight outputs.
