Description
The Altronix AL600ULACMCBJ power supply module is designed to convert a 115VAC 60Hz input into eight (8) separately controlled 12VDC or 24VDC outputs, supporting both Fail-Safe and Fail-Secure configurations with a 6A continuous current capacity. These outputs can be triggered by an open collector sink or a normally open (NO) dry trigger input from various access control technologies such as access control systems, card readers, keypads, push buttons, or PIR sensors. This unit is capable of distributing power to multiple access control hardware components, including mag locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders, while operating in either Fail-Safe or Fail-Secure modes. It can be powered either by a single common power source, sufficient for both board operations and locking mechanisms, or by two independent sources—one dedicated to board functionality and the other to lock or auxiliary device power. The integrated FACP interface supports emergency egress, alarm monitoring, and can trigger auxiliary systems. Moreover, the fire alarm disconnect feature can be selectively applied to any or all of the eight (8) outputs, enhancing system flexibility and safety.
