Description
The Altronix MaxFit716AP is a power distribution and control solution designed for access control systems and their accessories. This access power controller transforms a 115V AC, 60 Hz input into sixteen (16) distributed 24V DC outputs, each protected by fuses, along with sixteen (16) independently controlled 24V DC relay outputs also with fuse protection. It offers Fail-Safe/Fail-Secure power outputs that can be converted to dry form “C” contacts. Activation of the relays is achieved via open collector sink or normally open (NO) dry trigger inputs, compatible with access control systems, keypads, push buttons, REX PIR sensors, and more. This unit facilitates power routing to a range of access control hardware devices including magnetic locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders. The integrated FACP Interface supports emergency egress, alarm monitoring, and can trigger additional auxiliary devices. Additionally, the fire alarm disconnect feature can be selectively applied to any or all of the sixteen (16) relay outputs.
