Description
The Altronix MaxFit7F16APS Access Power Controller is designed to distribute and switch power to various access control systems and related accessories. It transforms a 120VAC, 60Hz input into sixteen distributed outputs with 24VDC fuse protection and offers sixteen independently controlled relay outputs, either 12VDC or 24VDC fuse protected. These power outputs can be adapted to dry form “C” contacts for fail-safe or fail-secure operations. Relays are activated via an open collector sink or a normally open (NO) dry trigger input from devices such as an access control system, keypad, push button, or REX PIR. The unit efficiently supplies power to access control hardware, including mag locks, electric strikes, and magnetic door holders. Its FACP interface supports emergency egress and alarm monitoring and can trigger auxiliary devices. Additionally, the fire alarm disconnect feature allows individual selection for any or all of the sixteen relayed outputs.
